DVCN supports the processes of policy design, evaluation and monitoring, at the local, national and regional levels, through the following services and products:

a) Policy design using technical instruments to identify high-priority problems and providing a range of policy alternatives.

b) Tools for developing networks for policy change, including an evaluation of the political context and promotion strategies.
 
c) Monitoring and evaluation systems to analyze change and progress at the sectoral levels, in the context and the target population. Also, ex-post evaluations provide quantitative and qualitative measurements of the level of achievement of the policy objectives.
